What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • This is our most basic custom design, generated according to your preferred taste. In this package, you will receive floor plans, two elevational views, and an exterior rendering. Prices vary from $500—$1000, depending on the square footage of the project.

  • A simple design package currated for your specific liking. Within this package, we will offer two design options for the same building; two unique floor plan layouts and two different exterior finishes. Also included is a basic roof plan, interior and exterior photo renderings, and door and window schedules. Prices range from $1600—$2000 depending on square footage of project.

  • Our most complete package option. This package will involve two different design options including different floor plan layouts for the same building. Also includes a near complete set of construction documents, with floor and foundation plans, a basic non-verified site plan, exterior elevation views, roof plans, and detialed cross sections. On top of those documents, clients will receive multiple interior and exterior renderings and a conceptual walkthrough video. Prices for this package vary from $3000—$4000 depending on square footage of the project.

the design Process

Initial Contact

Clients will reach out to share interest in contracting one of the above mentioned services. (Please note: upon purchasing, 50% of the fee will be payed upfront before design process begins)

Information Collection

After payment has been received, a list of questions will be emailed to you to gain perspective on the desired designs. We will then communicate to ensure we understand the design that you want.

Design Process and Product Delivery

Once details have been determined, we will deliver a simple sample floor plan to recieve feedback from the client. Once approved, document creation will begin and clients can expect final product 1-3 weeks later(depending on package).

Finalization

Upon recieving final desing, clients will also recieve an invoice for the remaining 50% of the service fee.
