Vannoy Design Studio is committed to delivering high end conceptual residential designs at a fraction of the cost of other firms.

Our custom residential design services range in scale anywhere from small backyard ADUs to larger two story homes. Our packages also vary from non-certified site plans, floor plans, elevation views, and realistic photo renderings. Potential clients should reach out using the section below to begin the design process.

We also have an Etsy shop(coming soon) with predesigned models ranging in size from >800 square feet ADUs to larger more complete generational homes. These models may be modified for an additional cost proportional to changes made

Vannoy Design Studio was founded in 2026 by Parker Vannoy.

Parker Vannoy is currently going to college for Construction Management and hopes to continue his proffesion in design and residential construction.
